About the Journal

ADR and Law Review Journal is a research-based legal journal and literature review published by Yayasan Pendidikan Dewan Sengketa Indonesia (YPDSI), Indonesia. ADR and Law Review Journal is dedicated to developing studies on the development of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) both nationally and internationally and legal developments in the field of dispute resolution both in court and outside of court by disseminating research supported by strong empirical evidence. It is expected to be a reference and guide to increase knowledge in the field of alternative dispute resolution, improve legal insight, and offer adaptive strategies for certain legal settlements. In the long run, this journal is expected to have a positive impact on individuals and society.

We invite all researchers, students, and practitioners to submit articles in the field of law, especially related to the development of dispute resolution through Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and other legal developments. Articles that have been submitted will be published in Volume 1, No. 1, 2025.
