The ADR and Law Review is an academic journal focused on the development, analysis, and application of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) methods across various fields of law. The journal aims to provide a platform for research, discussion, and critical reflection on ADR approaches in dispute resolution, both at the national and international levels.
The journal accepts articles addressing the following topics, but not limited to:
Theories and Principles of ADR
Research discussing the theoretical foundations, principles, and development of ADR within the context of law and society.
ADR Practices in Different Legal Systems
Comparative studies on the application of ADR in various countries and legal systems, including Indonesian law and other countries.
Mediation and Negotiation
Studies on mediation and negotiation techniques, the role of mediators, and the application of these methods in resolving commercial, family, and other disputes.
Arbitration and Courts
Discussions on arbitration as an alternative dispute resolution method, including procedural analysis, policies, best practices, and the relationship between arbitration and formal judicial systems.
ADR in International Dispute Resolution
Research on the application of ADR in international disputes, both in the context of international law and inter-state relations.
Impact of Policy and Regulation on ADR
Analyses of government policies, regulations, and legal reforms influencing the implementation of ADR across various sectors.
ADR in Specific Sectors
Articles examining the use of ADR in specific sectors, such as business, construction, labor, human rights, and the public sector.
Challenges and Innovations in ADR
Exploration of current challenges in ADR practices, as well as new innovations in dispute resolution techniques, including the use of digital technology in ADR.
The journal is open to interdisciplinary articles that combine legal, social, economic, and cultural aspects in ADR analysis. We also encourage contributions discussing the interaction between ADR and the development of global law, as well as the challenges emerging in dispute resolution in the modern era.
